    I'll ask a few questions about your operation, transaction volume, accounting software, and any challenges you're experiencing.

    This is also your opportunity to ask questions and make sure we're a good fit.

  • Once we decide to work together, I'll walk you through a simple onboarding process.

    We'll review your bookkeeping needs, select the appropriate monthly package, and go over our service agreement.

    I work exclusively with QuickBooks, so if you're currently using another platform, we can discuss transitioning your records.

    Before work begins, we'll get your accounts connected, establish a starting point, and make sure everything is ready to go.

  • Once you're onboarded, I'll take care of the bookkeeping services included in your package.

    If I need anything from you, I'll reach out directly.

    My goal is to keep your involvement minimal while making sure your books stay accurate and organized.

  • Each month, you'll receive financial reports that give you a better understanding of how your business is performing.

    No unnecessary jargon or complicated explanations.

I work exclusively with QuickBooks Online. This allows me to keep my processes consistent and provide dependable service to every client.

Simple Monthly Pricing

You'll know what your bookkeeping costs each month. Services outside your agreed-upon package will be discussed and approved before additional charges apply.

Cleanup & Catch-Up Work

If your books need some attention before we get started, I'll provide a separate quote for cleanup or catch-up services.

Secure & Confidential

Your financial information will be treated confidentially. I'll use secure methods to access and manage your bookkeeping records.

Clear Expectations

I believe in being upfront about what's included, what's not, and what we can expect from each other.

Service Agreement

My service agreement outlines the services I provide, payment terms, additional work, client responsibilities, confidentiality, and other important details.
